3 Wise Mice - Nativity 3 kings, Three Wise Men

3 new very wise and dazzling kings have dropped by The House of Mouse on their journey to find baby Jesus. I had so much fun making them using bright sparkly gold ribbons and regal colours! I hope you enjoy them too. They are the last members to join our Nativity Collection. We will soon be releasing listings for entire sets of different sizes for you to take home.

NEW - Nativity Mice

Theses adorable nativity mice are the first in our new Nativity Collection, which we will add more to over the next few weeks. Little baby Jesus mouse makes us squeeeee... those eyes are almost as big as his head! We'll have different size nativity sets available to suit a range of budgets and each mouse is also available separately. We hope you'll enjoy seeing this new collection evolve!

My Creative Space - Finding a Warm Spot

Three little Terry Mice have found their way into a cubby hole on my bureau: Just like real cats, they've snuggled into a cosy little corner. Don't they look cute all huddled in together? :-)

NEW - Jules Winnfield Mouse

That's right everyone, the 6 new mice that we are releasing this week are from the cult film Pulp Fiction! Congratulations to Swee who guessed right in our Mini-Giveaway! You win a free mouse pin.

All of these new mice were designed and made by Naomi and are her first mice for our store. I am so proud her creativity, and I know you will be impressed with her work as you see each new mouse this week.

Here is the first: Jules Winnfield Mouse.

Little Jules Winnfield Mouse is a hardened gangster hitmouse, working for the notorious Mousellus Wallace. He used to enjoy quoting cold-blooded bible passages before popping caps in... various places... But since a particular incident that was unquestionably a miracle, he's realised that he's had enough of the gangster life, and has decided to "walk the earth" instead.

Jules Winnfield Mouse was hand sewn using felt, ribbon, card, paper, glue, monofilament and stuffed with polyfil. The text on the wallet he is holding says "bad mother ..." (we can't see the last word, his paw is covering it). He stands approximately 2.5inches tall (6.5cm)

Hi everyone! I just wanted to let you know I will be closing my store on Sunday so I can take some time off before our baby boy is born. I hope to reopen in the summer once I know how much time I will have for The House of Mouse while being a full time mommy.

Just letting you know in case you want
to grab a mouse before I close shop for a while.

I also want to say a big thank you to everyone for all your support, and to all my wonderful customers for giving so many of my mice new loving homes. In the summer I will be back with lots of new designs and more silly mouse fun.

David the Photographer Mouse - 5% donation to David Turners Lymphoma Foundation

You may remember this mouse as Les the Photographer mouse, but today I have renamed him David after I received a very touching email from David Turners Mother. She asked me if it would be ok if they could use a photo of my photographer mouse for her sons non-profit website. David Turner lost his life to Lymphoma in June of 2009. Davids Mother and some other volunteers help run his website where they raise money for David Turner's Lymphoma Foundation.

I said of course she could use my photographs for her website, and I now want to donate 5% of all sales of David the Photographer Mouse to his foundation. You can learn more about the David Turner Lymphoma Foundation on Dave's website bigdavesbiggift.org

Legolas and Gimli Mouse

Legolas Greenleaf Mouse is an elf, (as if the pointy ears didn't give it away). Beautiful, immortal and wise, he travels the land as part of the fellowship to save Middle Earth. He comes in green clothing and holding his bow and arrow.



Gimli son of Glóin is a dwarf, but don't let his short stature fool you; this little creature packs a wallop! Although he may not be able to beat Legolas in a kill count competition he is still a formidable member of the fellowship of the ring. He comes with brown clothing, axe, helmet and beard.
