Declan Painting

I don't often post about my son any more, as I know this is a crafting blog really :) But since he was doing some painting I thought I would share some photos. Since I last posted about Declan he has grown a lot! He's 2 years and 2 months old now. I can hardly believe how fast the time has gone by. I love that he is at the age where he can really get into creative projects. The house is already covered in paintings, drawings and models that he has made. I'm so proud of my arty little boy. 

Declan gets so in to his painting that I'm not sure he's aware of anything else going on around him. He can easily sit for 30 minutes or more, the concentration so intense! It's wonderful to watch! 

I really enjoy cutting out shapes for him from kitchen sponges, he loves printing with them and is always asking for something new :)

Do you know any great creative art projects for toddlers? I would love to hear some and I am sure Declan would love to try them!

Brave mice!

We love our return customers so much, they are always so kind and give us far too much praise! This wonderful photograph was given to us from a new Collectors Club member who has not only bought 5 mice but is now also proud owner of one our Mouse Houses as well. I think the house is a good way to keep the mice safe from their cat, who looks like he may be licking his lips! hehehe. What a great photo!

Two happy little Photographer Mice

This photograph was sent to us by a very happy customer who's husband ordered a mouse for her on the same day she ordered one for herself (neither realised the other had ordered one! They shipped to 2 different addresses so we didn't know either hehehe) these two little mice where reunited at their home. What a great story and what a beautiful photograph! Thanks for allowing us to share :D
