My Star Wars Mice are featured in a book!

A couple of days ago I got a very excited message from a fan of my store, she told me that she had seen my mice in a Star Wars Collectibles book! I was so amazed, and of course I ordered the book right away to see for myself. I didn't really believe it until I opened it to page 328, and there were 6 of my mice with a whole page all to themselves! To say I am excited about this would be an understatement!

I made these little mice for the author of this book over a year ago, little did I know that he is the largest collector of Star Wars memorabilia in the world! Thank you so much to Stephen Sansweet for including me in his book! I am truly honored to be included alongside so many other great artists and priceless Star Wars collectibles.

Unwritten

I have a selection of sketchbooks on a shelf, as a means
To store my recollections, collections of ideas, my dreams

Undeniably perfect are the pages of a new book
The fresh, clean and unspoiled space
Holding untold potential for what one might write
To draw a thought that I don't wish to misplace

The touch and feel of a book,
Hard back, paperback, pink, brown or black
Leather bound or fabric covered,
It is the food for my mind for the poetic mood
Of artistry and mystery to be discovered

My sketchbooks have been filled over the years
With art on transition, cognition, ambition and fears
They are my visual diaries of thoughts unconfined
Friends who never judge, desert or condescend
Who always help me find ways to mend
My messed up head and over-thinking mind

And though my ideas that were so clear when they were wrote
on second reading become cluttered scribbled notes
I will keep building my collection of books up through the ages
And leaving my mark upon their pages

I also have a new mouse to show you, I made him as a custom order but if my customer is ok with it, and you guys like him, then I might make him a regular in my store. When I showed Thor Mouse to my husband he went into raptures of joy and demanded one for himself. I didn´t know much about the character but maybe there are some other comic book geeks out there who think I should make him a regular in my store?

Disaster!

Total, complete and utter disaster. I have lost my mouse book. I had this wonderful little journal that I bought from Kreativlink that I kept all my mouse ideas in, and its gone!


I have searched the whole house for it, I think I must have left it in a café. Someone is going to be very confused when they open it.

It just has lists of ideas for mice I want to make like:
Dalek Mouse
Mouse Chess Set
Terminator Mouse
Fireman Mouse
Zodiac Mice
etc...
For pages and pages and pages! Some of them were suggestions other people had made to me too, and now all the ideas are gone.

Can you help me make a new list by suggesting mice you would like to see in my store? Fortunately I have another of Kreativlink's journals that I can put the new ideas in, this one will not be leaving the house!
